Decorate the cake to resemble a gingerbread house with gingerbread people. Use candy to complete the look. Or create an entire Christmas village for your wedding cake, complete with small gingerbread houses, a train, people, little snowmen and snow angels, using small plastic figures. Small plastic Christmas trees and cars will complete the scene. Don't forget to add some children ice skating. White frosting can create a perfect snowy landscape.
